Is that a bug about R96 Research Slots

I am playing on R96.
I just find out so many builds has 6 Research Slots, but I just got 5 Research Slots.
I  checked that change the slot unlock event from R70 to R90.
The build i used for example:

Alignment: Evil
Bloodline: Dragon
A2950: Druid

Template:
EL3,FC3,DN2,DG3,AN5,TT6,DD6,DG4,EL7,AN8,DD7,DG9,SP:Grand Balance,SP:Brainwave

Research Template:
